1) This lens mount is for EF-S 10-22mm lens to EF mount modification, to make the EF-S 10-22mm lens can be converted to EF rear mount, and get the full-frame function. 10-17 will have vignetting angle. 17-22 covers the full frame. In 10-12 model lens rear part will be protruding. 12- 22 lens rear part is retracted to the same level of the adapter mount, the full frame can be used normally.
2) The adapter aims at cutting off the rear part of the EFS lens. It does not change the frame and auto focus function of the lens, and it can be used normally on the half frame.
